**Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:

- Be the guiding influence for the design teams to achieve successful project outcomes through utilising Building Information Modelling and better Information Management processes.
- Providing assistance and contribution during the tender stage of proposals and submissions to define BIM scope, workflows and plans on projects.
- Ensure projects across the market sector have implemented BIM & IM processes as defined by client standards, GHD manuals and industry best practices.
- Engage with GHD globally to implement BIM and IM across project delivery.
- Co-create the BIM Execution Plan’s with delivery team, ensuring stakeholders are in alignment.

**What would you bring to the team?**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or equivalent professional qualification and significant industry experience.
- Proven working knowledge of a primary 3D BIM product including hands-on modeling, model configuration, setup, and management within a Common Data Environment (CDE).
- At least 3 years of leadership experience as a BIM Manager in the engineering/construction industry or built environment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving: Ability to analyse challenges, develop innovative solutions, and champion new BIM workflows.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Experience in leading and motivating teams, fostering a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
