AECOMs Buildings and Places team is growing We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager, to join our busy NSW & ACT office. The Commercial Manager will support the B&P strategy by the effective management of AECOM’s risks and improved commercial business outcomes. The Primary aim for this role is maximise the commercial outcomes and deliver in accordance with the financial plan in alignment with the ANZ Strategy for Buildings and Places (B+P) for the portfolio of projects delivered by that team. You will engage with regional Commercial & Risk Management, Legal and Finance business support functions. You will be deployed onto bids and projects as required to optimise commercial outcomes for AECOM.
Minimum Requirements
We are looking for an individual who is not afraid to step forward and take accountability, who is a natural at bringing people together and drive them to achieve a common B&P outcome.

+ Someone who brings people together, drives and inspires them towards a common goal
+ Strong commercial acumen, understanding of contracts and a demonstrable history of success in effective commercial negotiations and resolution of claims
+ Someone with a hunger to win work and deliver projects with a clear appreciation of how B+P projects are priced, bid, negotiated, worn and delivered
+ Someone who embraces AECOM’s strategy and #atourbest culture
Preferred Qualifications
+ A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with considerable prior experience.
