As a member of a small team, you will help Access Health and Community (AccessHC) to achieve its aim of creating healthy communities together.

AccessHC provides health and community services across the East of metropolitan Melbourne with a focus on those at the greatest need. You will use your skills in extracting, analyzing and reporting data to help us demonstrate our impact internally and to funders and the community as a whole.

You work is critical in making Strategic Decision in the organization. As such, you will bring qualifications in IT, data or a related discipline. You will a keen eye for detail and process improvement and have experience in data or systems support within a healthcare or similar environment.

You’ll be motivated by helping others to understand their data and have an interest and experience in the development of data dashboards.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Quantitative data reconciliation and testing.
- Identifying, analyzing and interpreting results, trends with complex data sets.
- Providing detailed analytical support across key projects
- Build and maintain dashboards and other data tools to provide data and insights for decision making.
- Developing and delivering reports to meet stakeholder needs
- Compiling data from different data sources
- Create and cleanse data reports for various funding streams in the organisation

**Technically, you’ll bring competence in**:

- Dashboards design & development experience particularly in PowerBI
- Experience producing, analysing and interpreting data to create meaningful reports and insights.
- Data Warehouse development experience in SQL Server
- Strong business acumen and experience working with data and metrics
