Highly talented business units coupled with management’s transparent & honest attitude towards staff make us ready for any building emergency.**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Ensure trade, material & supplier costs are competitive
- Manage the end-to-end procurement & on-boarding of subcontractor & suppliers
- Update & maintain a subcontractor trade base
- Build strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Process quotations & recommendations
- Ensure all quotations conform to legislative & contractual OHS requirements
- Ensure all certificates for work cover & public liability insurance are current
- Undertake general administrative tasks
- Access, view & update sensitive information relating to customers, employees & company intellectual property
- Liaise with specialist trades to obtain clear/concise reports in a timely manner to service the estimators and submissions.
- Support estimators and supervisor in the delivery of projects within KPI timeframes.
- Update customers weekly on progression whilst effectively building rapport and providing positive customer experience.
- Draft monthly progress claim invoices in conjunction with works completed.
- Assist with booking/scheduling as required

The following selection criteria is also important, but we are happy to teach and mentor you along the way.- Experience or qualification in Building & Construction or Purchasing
- Ability to build effective relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
- Results driven with excellent attention to detail
- Superior customer service & communication skills, both written & verbal
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
- Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client
- Proactive & motivated personality
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
