**The Role**:
As the
**Administration Assistant** you will be supporting the business by providing administration, customer service, marketing and general support to ensure service and operational excellence.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Support the business with day-to-day administration and office related tasks.
- Supporting the marketing function through event marketing, posting marketing materials and scheduling EDM's.
- Collaborating and offering administrative support to the wider team, including supporting the CEO with service delivery.
- Proof reading documentation and carrying out quality checks and brand checks for all written work.
- Utilising LinkedIn to connect with participants to support the global network.

**Your skills & attributes**:

- Previous administration experience and you are driven by processes.
- Authentic relationship builder with exceptional customer service skills and a passion to help others.
- You will exhibit a growth mindset and the drive to develop personally and professionally.
- High level organisational skills with an ability to prioritise in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- A mature attitude with an ability to act in a professional manner.
- Detail oriented
- Self starter who is proactive, shows initiative and can work with a high level of autonomy.
- Team player, who loves to collaborate and have fun
- Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- HubSpot experience would be highly considered but not essential.

There will be some travel between locations in Byron Bay, so must have a drivers license.
