**What you’ll love**

We are hiring a Customer Service Officer to join our Rocklea team.

As the Customer Service Officer, you are the true voice of the customer and often the face of our business for many of our customers.

You’ll work to resolve customer issues, which involves engaging with most teams across the business to deliver on a range of activities such as raising work orders, assisting customer onboarding, following up driver requirements and much more. No day is ever the same

**Who you are**
- You have previous experience working in a busy customer care or support role, working with business customers
- You're customer focused, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers and colleagues
- You're comfortable working with deadlines and daily problem solving (no two days are the same), so your strong communication, organisational and time management skills will be key
- You've a positive, can-do attitude, with a strong team oriented style and approach
- You've got PC literacy in MS Office, particularly Excel (experience in Salesforce would be advantageous)

Whilst experience in the waste or transport industries would be useful, more important to us, is the drive, motivation and resilience required to succeed in a high growth, dynamic environment.

You’ll need a copy of a current license and proof of entitlement to work in Australia.

You’ll undergo a police check and pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
