We need an experienced, customer-focused Solutions Lead with strong communication skills to thrive in a supportive, agile, and consultative environment.

**Who are we looking for?
**As the Integrated Solutions Lead, **you will develop, lead, and manage high-value integrated solutions across capabilities while closely liaising with GHD's internal and external clients, project teams, technology partners, and vendors. You will progress and optimize solution strategies in line with global strategic outcomes while championing the GHD Digital Mindset that encourages continuous learning, collaboration, and client centricity.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Accelerate our Digital Experience service areas, including Advanced Automation & Connected Infrastructure (AACI), Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity (CIC), and Intelligent Automation (IA).
- Integrate and design solution offerings to enable cross-sell and up-sell between emerging solutions (AACI, CIC, and IA) for industry/vertical and cross-vertical markets.
- Develop close relationships with other Digital Practices, Market Development Leads, and GHD internal business units to incubate and nourish high-value deals.
- Manage key partner relationships to create large, high-value Digital Experience deals combining consulting and technology partner solutions.
- Develop a high-performing delivery function to manage end-to-end solution delivery while managing project time, budget, and quality.
- Establish and lead continuous improvement in delivery processes, knowledge, and technology to ensure effective demand management, quality, and timeliness of project delivery.
- Optimize delivery team engagement, utilization, and training outcomes while managing the effective and risk-free utilization of the offshore delivery team.
- Manage program-level risks, issues, delivery schedules, budgets, reporting, knowledge, communications, and administration.
- Promote practice capabilities to relevant stakeholders through internal and industry presentations, written material, and discussions.
- Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.

**About You**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Management, or Information/Computer Science-related field.
- 10+ years of experience in delivery management for technology projects within a Consulting environment.
- Experience and knowledge of large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Solid negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and written and oral communication skills.
- Strong understanding of emerging IoT, Industrial Automation, Cybersecurity, RPA / IA technologies, solutions, and underlying IT services.

**Highly Regarded**:

- MBA from a globally reputed institution.
- Experience working with asset-intensive (infrastructure) sectors - i.e., Water, Transport, Environment, Energy, and Construction, etc.
- Strong track record of leading consulting project teams and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Experience with AI/Machine Learning driven intelligent automation solutions.
- Relevant technology and industry certifications. Strong industry and analyst connections.
