**Your new opportunity**

As a member of our Enterprise division, the **Integration Technical Lead** will play a crucial role by:

- Act as the primary point of contact for end-to-end coordination and execution for project stakeholders.
- Provide post-program reporting and analysis for benchmarking and improving the efficiency of similar future programs.
- Identify new opportunities based on existing customer needs and industry trends.
- Define delivery processes and standards to support development and operations for engagements.
- Offer leadership and people management capability by mentoring, supporting, and coaching your teams to succeed in their projects and deliveries.

- Sound experience leading and delivering complex end-to-end integration projects using one of the following Integration Products and their aligned tooling: Oracle Cloud, Azure Services, MuleSoft, Tibco, Dell Boomi etc.
- Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams.
- Proficient with requirement analysis, resource planning, project delivery management, solution design and effort estimation.
- Values problem solving and committed to reimagining what's possible for clients and key stakeholders.
