- About the Role:
Are you excited about renewable energy and looking to make a significant impact in the industry? AGL is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Planner Scheduler to join the Wind team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering best practice maintenance planning and scheduling of work orders, while supporting the team to meet strategic goals and the operational requirements for our Wind assets within the Renewables portfolio. This role can be located at our_ Melbourne or Adelaide offices, _or _Macarthur_ or Oaklands Hill Wind Farm_.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete the Planner and Scheduler roles within the AGL Work Management Process.-
- Create comprehensive work packs for maintenance teams, including identifying resources and materials required, and any procedures to be followed.-
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure resource and material availability and develop maintenance schedules for both weekly and annual outages.Manage Work Order backlog and provide strategic advice on planning activities.-
- Demonstrate safety awareness and support safety targets through effective planning and scheduling.Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in planning and scheduling using SAP and Prometheus Scheduler.-
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication abilities.-
- Ability to lead and implement new strategies and initiatives efficiently.-
- Engineering or trade qualification, and relevant experience in the power industry.-
- Demonstrated knowledge and delivery of planning and scheduling requirements.**Skills**: - Solution-focused and strategic thinking.-
- Proficient in operating computer hardware and software, departmental systems, and electronic systems.-
- Ability to lead change and implement new strategies and initiatives effectively.-
