As a Loans Processing Officer, you will play a vital role in a mortgage broking firm, supporting mortgage brokers and clients in a range of loan processing activities.

**Your Duties and Responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborating with mortgage brokers to assemble, administer and process commercial lending, Investment loans, refinancing, and car loans
- Assisting in servicing clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively
- Liaising with clients and lending institutions to facilitate smooth communication and transaction processes

**Skills/Experience Required**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Loans Processing Officer in a bank or mortgage broking firm
- Proficiency in using Mercury Connective Mortgage Broker CRM is essential
