About the Role

We're looking for a polished, people-first Customer Service Officer to be the front face and voice of our company. This role is 100% customer service focused and ideal for someone who loves talking to customers, staying organised, and following clear systems to keep everything running smoothly.

What you'll do

  • Answer sales calls, emails, and web enquiries
  • Provide simple, clear info about our pool heating services
  • Create and send basic quotes
  • Follow up on quotes to turn enquiries into bookings
  • Keep notes up to date in our system
  • Coordinate with our team to schedule jobs and keep customers informed

About you

  • 100% fluent English and excellent phone manners
  • Friendly, positive, and customer-focused
  • Super organised with strong attention to details
  • Comfortable using email, phone systems, and simple CRMs
  • Follows processes and loves ticking things off
