About the Role
We are seeking hard working, skilled Paint Preppers to work across our Large Boats and Plate Boats Paint Preparation department. Duties will include prepping and sanding boats,andpreparing aluminium surfaces for painting. This role is responsible for ensuring that our boats are prepped to the highest standard possible before they are painted.
These are full time, permanent roles working Monday to Friday - 6am to 2:30pm, based in Coomera.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in automotive prep work/ panel beating would be highly regarded.
- Sanding, grinding, filling, buffing & prepping boat hulls and weld lines
- Surface preparation to a high standard
- Use various hand and power tools to complete tasks
- Work within the established workplace health & safety policies
- Complete tasks in a timely manner
- Full Australian working rights
- Have your own reliable transport and driver's license
- Attention to detail and taking pride in work
