The Change Manager is a key member of the Reporting Entity System Transformation (REST) Program within the Regulatory Capability team of the Education, Capability and Communications (ECC) branch. The Change Manager works closely with the Principal Product Owner to deliver change support and optimisation of AUSTRAC’s online engagement platform.

The Regulatory Capability team is focused on continuous improvement activities across the branch and the agency. The team works enhance digital tools for both internal and external users, supporting reduced regulatory impact of our regulated community.
