Are you passionate about making a difference in the digital health landscape? The Federal Government Organisation is seeking an EL1 Program Manager to join their team for a 12-month period with an extension. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving high-level programs, fostering collaboration, and ensuring strategic alignment.

**Your new role**

As our Program Support Lead, you’ll lead teams, manage diverse tasks, and ensure compliance with legislation. Your ability to foster relationships both within and outside the agency will be crucial. Your role includes but not limited to:

- Ensure compliance with legislation, financial, and administrative frameworks.
- Oversee project outcomes with finesse.
- Handle diverse tasks across various team sizes and skill sets.
- Champion safety protocols.
- Coordinate projects that impact strategic objectives.
- Make insightful decisions for work plans.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities, address concerns, and align agency objectives.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A good understanding of the comprehensive understanding of digital health governance parameters.
- Willing to obtain a baseline clearance.
- Experience in a similar space.
- Government experience.
- You MUST be an AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN.

**What you'll get in return**
- 12-month contract with a 24-month extension.
- Office based in Sydney CBD
- Hybrid working.

$70 - $80 an hour plus super.
