**About the role**:
The Asset Finance & Leasing team focuses on the equipment financing needs of our Corporate and Institutional clients in sectors including Transport, Industrials, Mining and Government.

As an Associate/Analyst you will be supporting the originations team on equipment loans, finance lease, hire purchase, and operating lease facilities. You will be involved in the whole finance process and liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to complete transactions through to the point of settlement.

**The role and Day to day will include**:

- Assist Directors in the originations team with the establishment of asset financing facilities including documentation of Master Asset Financing Agreements.
- Prepare quotes for clients on a regular basis.
- Promptly and accurately action drawdown requests including review of invoices, production of drawdown documentation, and being the key liaison person with the operations teams for funding and drawdowns.
- Ensuring internal policies have been adhered to including the incorporation of approved valuations for all drawdowns.
- Assisting with security registrations on the PPSR.
- Assisting the relationship manager with annual reviews and limit management.
- Maintaining systems data and record keeping ensuring all details are up to date and accurate.

**What you will bring**:

- tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business or a related discipline
- experience in asset financing in a Corporate Finance or Business Banking environment
- a superior customer service focus and a high attention to detail
- passion for large ticket assets, how they work, and how they fit with the clients operations
- excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- ability to consult and gather information from clients effectively and efficiently
- a great team player who contributes positively to our workplace culture
