**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the GM, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling.
- Attending meetings as required, with occasional minute taking
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries and escalate or redirect as required
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably within a corporate, Government or utilities environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
