Executive Pizzaiolo

Brighton Bay Pizza and Pasta is currently seeking a skilled culinary professional to take on the role of Executive Pizzaiolo. This pivotal position requires an individual with exceptional pizza-making skills, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• We are looking for a candidate who is available to work varied shifts, including afternoon and evening sessions, Thursday through Sunday.
• A valid work visa will be provided for this role.

1. Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking supplies for the day's menu.
2. Pizza Making: Craft high-quality pizzas using traditional techniques and secret recipes.
3. Dough Stretching: Expertly stretch and shape pizza dough to perfection.
4. Pastas: Prepare and cook delicious pasta dishes to order.
5. Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
6. End of Day Duties: Ensure all tasks are completed and the kitchen is ready for the next day.

• Experience working in a high-volume kitchen as a chef or equivalent role.
• Availability to work full shifts, including prep, cooking, and cleaning duties.
• Commitment to work Thursday to Sunday.
