Due to ongoing growth in our business, we are now seeking a highly motivated individual with agency or admin experience to join our new position in Corporate services - Finance team, working on one of the World’s largest most loved brands by millennials.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assisting in managing the flow of projects through the agency in the system
- Assist project management process - creation of Job number, Estimate, Purchase order in the system
- Preparation of evidence of Billing
- Assist management of client procurement system and internal procurement system
- Liaise with supplier to deliver PO, receive invoice and validate
- Maintain job jacket, document handling, record keeping across projects
- Process employee’s expense
- Process of Account Payable
- Assist weekly vendor payment preparation

**Qualifications and Experience**
- 1-2+ years min. experience in a similar role within an agency environment or as in admin position
- Preferably degree qualified (no finance degree/background required)
- Experience in managing project administration side
