A reputable and successful plumbing company is looking for Admin & Payroll Manager to join the team in Mulgrave on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day office operations.
- Placing orders/materials/processing all necessary documentation via Xubbie platform
- Administration of weekly Payroll & Superannuation using Xero
- Weekly bank and Credit Card reconciliation
- Implement and create procedures, policies and standards that improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings for all staff
- Experience carrying out the above duties is essential.
- Be able to work for 9-5pm and living close to Northwest and Hills District office location
