We are looking for an experienced Admin and Payroll assistant to support our finance and recruitment teams.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree qualification in Business or Accounting beneficial
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous experience with a construction company is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive and motivated attitude

- Processing large end to end weekly payrolls
- Timesheet management
- Superannuation processing
- Client weekly invoice processing
- Document compliance and data entry
- Stationery and office supply management
