**The role**:
We are seeking a National Property Manager for one of our well-esteemed clients, Australia Post’s freehold property portfolio. You will be responsible for the overall property management of the portfolio, including overseeing the Leasing Administration and Valuations services.
You will be based in Melbourne with ability to attend the office in the inner Melbourne CBD 3 days a week.
**Snapshot of the roles**:
Manage operational and financial activities for Australia Post's freehold properties
Oversee revenue tenant management, rent collection, and arrears management
Direct annual budget and expenditure processes
Maintain tenant relationships and resolve disputes effectively
Manage Lease Administration team ensuring data accuracy and timely processing
Drive cost reduction through analysis and challenge of outgoings data
Coordinate with Valuations Manager on Annual Asset Valuation Program

**Requirements**:
Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Property, Business or equivalent will be an added advantage
5+ years of experience in transaction / leasing or Property Management
Strong knowledge of property management processes
Excellent negotiation skills and financial acumen
Experience in lease/license negotiations
Knowledge of property law and Retail Leases Act
Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities
