Sirius People are currently working with an industry leader in the retail industry.

**In this newly created role you will report to the CEO and manage the successful delivery of the HR & WHS strategy, your main tasks will include**:
- Managing the HR Team- Demonstrated business acumen at strategic and operational levels- Driving continuous improvements and processes improvements- Creation and delivery of growth strategies- Delivering end-to-end employee life-cycle processes- Experience leading organisation and people strategies- Reporting

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Minimum 5 years strong People and Culture / HR experience
- Ability to influence and drive change
- Strong leadership skills and team focused
- Ability to improve processes and streamline solutions
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- High sense of urgency, Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Excellent presentation
