**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Officer Trainee to join the team at Capital SMART Brookvale

This is a 12-month traineeship opportunity to complete and achieve a Certificate III in Business (BSB30120).

This is a permanent position that will see you learn the inner workings of the collision repair industry and gain valuable customer service and administration knowledge along the way.

Monday to Friday, no weekends.

School leavers encouraged to apply.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
- Greeting customers on arrival.
- Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
- Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
- Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs
