**What you’ll be working on**

As the Operations Support Specialist SpS, you will be responsible as the go-to person of specialist knowledge which may include providing specialist advice to employees, management or customers.

You will execute operating procedures and process compliance with service quality and operational performance at the forefront.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Managing or maintaining systems and processes or completing projects to develop or change system processes as appropriate.

- _ Service Assurance; Customer Service; Admin & Support; Operations Support; Vendor interaction_
