**What you will enjoy doing**
- Provide remote or on-site technical and operations support to RSP site operations managers, plant managers, reliability engineers, and plant technicians
- Remote or on-site plant operations and troubleshooting including start-ups, plant thaws, unplanned shutdowns, and plant upsets, process, equipment and implementing solutions
- You will have a leading role in MOC management, risk assessment and execution. Participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis problem resolution sessions
- Assist with identifying, design and implementation of productivity improvement projects throughout RSP Operations, to maximize plant operational safety, capabilities, efficiency, and reliability and implementation of standard operating procedures as required
- You shall continuously look for ways to reduce plant operations costs through the incorporation of operational excellence strategies

- Highly skilled in working with multi-discipline stakeholders in the industrial plant operations environment with excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- You possess strong commitment to safety and operational discipline. Must be able to manage multiple priorities, drive issues to completion, and obtain results. Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work in confined spaces and at elevated levels
- Additional electrical and / or instrumentation, analyzer and controls experience with E and I hazardous area installation & management experience (preferred)
- You are experienced in operating, troubleshooting and maintaining industrial gas processing plants, including Air Separation Plants, CO2, LNG & Hydrogen Plants (preferred)
- You must be able and willing to travel to assigned facilities within the region. Domestic travel up to 25-30% required. Travel is in blocks of 1-2 weeks spread over the year
