Marketing Manager, Business Segment Marketing - 12 months fixed term contract

Our Marketing and Corporate Affairs function is focused on continually driving positive reputation, brand consideration and customer engagement with the Commonwealth Bank. The function has direct responsibility for end-to-end marketing, branding, stakeholder insights, government relations, communications and corporate social responsibility.

Sitting within the Business Marketing team, your role as Manager, Business Segment Marketing will be responsible for contributing to marketing programs that support customers across Commercial Bank, Regional and Agribusiness, specific Industries and the Bank's Women in Focus customer initiatives that support the growth of women-led businesses across Australia. This role is for someone passionate about B2B marketing with a thorough understanding of corporate Australia.

You'll be joining a positive, energetic and relationship driven team, whose purpose is balanced between delivering people-centred and commercial outcomes. The team has a genuine passion for the work they do which shines through in the programmes they run and their day to day.

This is an exciting role, where you can make real business impact, as you develop a thorough and intimate understanding of our business customers, work collaboratively with stakeholders and leverage our agency partners to deliver world class marketing initiatives that increase the vibrancy of the CommBank brand.

**On any given day you will**:

- Manage projects to bring the best of marketing to the business and deliver programs with executional excellence.
- Build Client Value Propositions and Thought Leadership campaigns that drive engagement with a sophisticated and relationship managed client set.
- Work collaboratively and seamlessly with the Brand, Content, Product Marketing and Events team to integrate these key specialist areas into all plans.
- Work with the business, data, client analytics and business intelligence & research to identity opportunities and deliver programs that will help to drive brand consideration, NPS and customer satisfaction as well as build the pipeline.
- Influence and manage the usage of the Customer Engagement Engine and/or Salesforce to enhance the customer experience.
- Build internal communications channel and sales enablement programs that help uplift Relationship Managers capability and help them engage with their clients through marketing insights, content & events.
- Build and manage project plans and working groups to ensure the delivery of programs of work to deadline and the highest quality.
- Build robust reporting of all campaigns and activity to demonstrate marketing contribution back to the business.
- Effectively build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Champion the customer in all non-marketing related communications programs
- Contribute to the building of a high performing positive team culture.

**We're interested in hearing from people who have**:

- Extensive knowledge and experience formulating and delivering marketing, digital, communication and business plans including performance measurements.
- Background in events management and partnerships.
- Proficiency with tools such as AEM, Aventri/Stova, Jira and Salesforce.
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on risk management from a marketing perspective.
- Proven customer focus and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and building strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent planning and project management skills.
