Leichhardt Volkswagen is owned by Autosports Group, which is a large, listed retail automotive group representing the world’s greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands.

Due to continued growth we are recruiting for the role of Sales Manager at Leichhardt Volkswagen

We are seeking an industry experienced Sales Manager to oversee the performance of its highly skilled sales team. This role is not just about sales, it is about setting and maintaining customer service levels of the highest standard and always upholding our dealership and company values.

**In this role you will**:

- Continuously invest in the recruitment and development of a high-performance sales team.
- Oversee systems and processes to ensure customer service standards are met at all times.
- Work collaboratively with other departments including service, parts, finance and accessories.
- Develop and drive strong process around lead management and road to a sale.
- Set and achieve overall targets in terms of vehicle sales volume, gross profit, finance penetration, and customer experience metrics.
- Help develop and monitor the effectiveness of sales incentive plans.
- Ensure all inventory is presented and advertised appropriately.
- Set the tone and standard for all sales communications (written and verbal)
- Ensure the team provide friendly, helpful, honest, accurate customer service and advice at all times.
- Represent Autosports Group and the Volkswagen brand to the highest professional standards and in line with Autosports Group values at all times.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong computer skills and the ability to champion the effective and accurate use of dealership DMS and Salesforce CRM programs.
- Commitment to high levels of customer satisfaction
- The ability to study and retain detailed product information.
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- A current driver’s license.
