**The Company**
A well-known mining client is seeking the support of an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. Based in Jandakot, with onsite parking, you will join a high energy collaborative team environment and be able to hit the ground running.
Flexible WFH options are available.
**You must reside in Western Australia to be considered for this position, and be available to start within a week**
**The Role**
Starting immediately, this Accounts Payable Officer will be reporting to the Finance Manager. Your duties will include:
- High volume processing of 400+ invoice per week
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Preparing cheque and EFT payment runs
- Reconciliations of bank and supplier statements
- Management and timely resolution of supplier queries
- Adding new suppliers to the system
**Your Skills & Experience**
- Strong experience in an AP role spanning at least one year.
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel.
- Special client focus to provide excellent service to business partners.
- Strong communication skills to maintain positive working supplier relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
