**Payroll Manager**
- $130,000 - $140,000 + Super | North Ryde NSW 2113 | Free Parking | 2-3 Days WFH
- Manage a team of 4 reporting directly into the National Head of Payroll
- Using ADP/Kronos, Hands on Manager overseeing pays for 3000+ employees
- Growing company managing the BAU as well as working with the HOP on process improvements/ system implementations.

**THE CLIENT**

Work for a highly reputable household name within the Retail sector with excellent processes and integrated systems within a forward thinking environment. Looking for a skilled Payroll Manager with fresh ideas and strong leadership skills to lead from the front and work collaboratively with the other business units.

**THE ROLE**- Responsible for overseeing your team and pays of 3000+ weekly employees- Mentoring and developing your team with ongoing training and support
- Reporting and Analysis, assisting with PAYG, Super Calcs
- Managing escalations and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with National Head of Payroll with regards to process improvements and system implementations

**THE PERSON**
- Payroll Management experience and strong leadership skills
- Ability to roll your sleeves up and assist where needed with BAU but also Project work
- ADP and Kronos desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication- Full working rights as this is a permanent role***
