Are you an experienced Payroll Officer with knowledge of India payroll looking to join a global ASX listed organisation and take the next step in your career?

As a valued part of the centralised APAC Payroll team based out of our Macquarie Park office, your role will be to ensure on time and accurate payment of salaries, rewards, allowances, reimbursements and deductions for all Brambles employees in India. This role will report directly to the Payroll Manager, APAC and will have the opportunity to learn payrolls across other APAC countries in the future.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Initial focus on India payroll stabilisation including documenting processes and liaising with our outsourced provider, ADP
- Identify gaps, bridge compliance concerns and implement improved processes
- Prepare and process payrolls in India within the KPI timeframe
- Accurate processing of salaries, rewards, allowances, reimbursements and deductions according to Indian legislation and statutory requirements
- Manage the processing, reconciliation and remittance of tax and various deductions
- Become the expert and go-to person for any payroll queries for our India based employees
- Experience in running India payrolls, ideally within a large multi-national organisation
- Some exposure to managing an outsourced payroll provider would be an advantage
- Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Demonstrated experience of creating innovative solutions for administrative problems
- A willingness to learn and an appetite for growth
