**400 Gradi are looking for a Reservations Coordinator to join our team**

Our focus is to use fresh, top-quality ingredients to prepare authentic and uncomplicated Italian cuisine for our customers.

**About the role**:
The Reservations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing reservations, enquiries, and cancellations across multiple venues in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner, quoting available packages to maximise seating revenue according to restaurant standards. This position must also be able to answer questions, provide information about our menus, and research surrounding businesses to send out marketing material and generate business.

**The successful applicants will**:

- Have a minimum of 6 months experience in coordinating and managing functions/reservations
- Have experience with hospitality reservation systems (advantageous)
- Have 1 years' experience working in hospitality or a call centre environment
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate a professional, upbeat, and friendly personality
- Have well-developed communication skills, with the ability to relate well to a large and diverse group of employees.
- Available to work a rotating seven-day roster, including nights and weekends.

**Salary**: $24.76 - $30.95 per hour
