**Opportunity**
An experienced Injury Management Business Partner is required to oversee NSW, reporting to the Head of Health Safety & Wellbeing.
**The Role**
This role is responsible for end-to-end injury management, early return to work and workers compensation processes and programs working in line with the strategic objectives. You will form part of team in the safety and wellbeing function. You will be able to build relationships, strive for continuous improvement, engage with employees and influence stakeholders in a positive way.
**Requirements**:
- Degree Qualified in an Allied Health and Return to Work Coordinator Certificate
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working within injury management and occupational health industry
- Ability to prioritise and work collaboratively to solve problems with complex case management.
- Strong leadership skills as well as being able to negotiate and build relationships ensuring a friendly personality.
- Ability to working autonomously and provide detailed reporting.
- Sound knowledge of state legislation and requirements.
