Business Agility Lead

**The roles - we are looking for 3 people to join the Business Agility team - is it you?**

The Business Agility team’s purpose is to help make Medibank the healthiest workplace in Australia by 2030. We are doing this by supporting our teams and leaders as they collaborate, learn, and grow together to deliver our Corporate Plan.

**What are the 3 opportunities?**

The **Business Agility Lead (Op Model & Change)** is responsible for supporting, assessing and optimizing our agile operating model including leading the cross-functional communications and change management required for our teams to succeed.

The **Business Agility Lead (Toolkit & Training)** is responsible for a standardized set of technologies, toolkits and training materials for leaders and teams, including leading the cross-functional and external collaboration required to create and embed these.

The **Business Agility Lead (Governance & Performance)** is responsible for Lean-Agile governance standards, processes and standardized performance reporting, including leading the cross-functional collaboration required for consensus on what is ‘good practice’ within Medibank.

Working with your Business Agility COE colleagues you will draw on each other’s experience and expertise to help our teams deliver better value for our customers through team focus, engagement, and productivity.

Medibank is well into the journey, but as an agile practitioner, you will know there is always the opportunity to refine our ways of working to ensure we meet the changing needs of our people and customers.

Through collaboration, you will shape and drive the decisions, standards and methods we need as we embed modern business practices.

You will also be important support and mentor for business agility coaches. Coaches work with teams to maximize group and individual performance, helping teams embrace better ways of working, using the standards, tools and practices developed and maintained at the center, sensibly applied to the team environment.

**Key traits we are looking for**:
**Business Agility Lead (Op Model & Change)**:

- Driving the principles and practices of business agility through an operating model lens, including consistent role definitions, team structures, strategy alignment, prioritisation methods, quarterly planning, workflow management and performance management, as well as defining and driving the required people and process changes to improve our capability in these areas.

**Business Agility Lead (Toolkit & Training)**:

- Driving the principles and practices of business agility through a toolkit and training lens, including defining and creating materials to improve capability in prioritization, planning, and performance management at the portfolio, program and team levels.

**Business Agility Lead (Governance & Performance)**:

- Driving the standards and practices of business agility through a Lean-Agile governance and performance management lens, both financial and non-financial, including OKRs and KPIs, to create standardized processes and tools for prioritization, planning, and performance reporting at the portfolio, program and team levels.

**About You**

You have solid experience in leading through ambiguity, high empathy and are able to drive outcomes without formal authority. You have commercial acumen, and an understanding of how proposed changes will impact business performance.

Ideally, you have fluency in Lean/Agile/Design Thinking techniques, experience with Scaled Agile/Spotify operating models or similar, and experience in Jira/Confluence/Miro/MS Teams.
