Utilita Water Solutions is a Joint Venture between Downer and Ventia, performing planned, corrective and responsive maintenance services on a diverse range of water and wastewater assets across Southeast Queensland.

**OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE**

Key duties include:

- Assist Commercial and Delivery teams with managing commercial relationships across Subcontractors, Clients and Operational Teams.
- Assist Contract Manager in the strategic direction and management of the Head Contract.
- Provide recommendations regarding commercial documents, reports, data and finance.
- Utilise Power BI to general financial, cost and analytical reports to build a stronger understanding of business impacts and build awareness across operational teams.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering or Project Management (highly advantageous)
- Experience managing cost, commercial and financial operations in a construction or maintenance environment.
- High-level interpersonal, relationship building, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and drive professional development.
