**About Us**

Construction is now well underway for our new Moorebank NDC (MoNDC). Located in Moorebank NSW, MoNDC is the latest distribution centre being added to the Primary Connect Network. The 44,900 sqm facility - equivalent to almost three times the size of the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG). This will strengthen Primary Connect’s national supply chain and service more than 1,000 Woolworths Supermarkets across Australia with more than 12,000 product lines.

**About the opportunity**
We are now seeking an experienced professional to join us as Head of Operations for this new centre who is passionate about safety, supply chain excellence, and building high-performing teams. As our Head of Operations, you’ll have full accountability for the strategic direction and operational performance across our key pillars of safety, service and people. With the support of your broader Leadership Team, you’ll create and foster a culture of teamwork and inclusion, where our Team Members feel empowered to contribute their best and make a meaningful impact on our business and to our customers.

**You’ll demonstrate your impact by**:

- Develop and implement processes and strategies to achieve operational excellence, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that the Moorebank Distribution Centre is integrated effectively into our national supply chain network.
- Continuously improve our supply chain processes and performance, leveraging data and analytics to drive insights and inform decision-making.
- Build and develop a high-performing operations team, providing coaching and development opportunities to support their growth and success.

**About you**:
We’re looking for a results-oriented leader who is passionate about safety, teamwork, and supply chain excellence. Ideally you’ll have demonstrated experience for leading large scale teams and operations within an automated distribution or manufacturing facility / environment. You’ll also have the following:

- Proven track record of delivering operational excellence in complex and matrixed organisation
- Deep understanding of safety protocols and risk management, with a commitment to ensuring that safety is embedded in all aspects of operations.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to engage, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A demonstrated ability to utilise both team feedback and analytics to deliver continuous improvement.
