With continuing strong sector growth, we are now seeking a Management Consultant - Business Improvement to join our team and ensure our growth and performance continues to align with the company’s strategic plan.
Working closely with C-level executives, the Management Consultant - Business Improvement will be responsible for developing and proposing solutions to address identified problems, oversee implementation of solutions and provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the process.
Tasks will include:
- Assisting in formulating business policies and strategies, including strategic and organizational planning with a conscious focus on both existing and future initiatives
- Conducting organizational reviews, evaluating business structures and operational procedures, and recommending improvements
- Reviewing operations and recommend changes in organizational structure, resource usage, or other areas to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Developing business transformation and change management strategies to stay aligned with dynamic industry requirements.
- Conducting feasibility studies to analyze future business opportunities with the aid of clear historical examples and industry trend analysis to determine future outcomes
- Lead workshops and training sessions to implement recommended directives with department heads, stakeholders and others
- Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of recommendations and delivering reports to the executive team.
To fill this role, we are seeking a person with the following attributes:
- Bachelor/Masters degree in business, commerce, technology or similar
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in ICT sector in Australia (including telecom) in sales, business development, operational or managerial role
- Experience in analyzing and resolving issues, identifying the root cause of issues, implementing changes and improving processes
- Proven worklplace skills in:

- Critical Thinking
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
This full-time role is based within our headquarters in Bella Vista, Sydney.
We are offering a base salary of $90 000 + super for a 38-hour week.
