**Major job functions of a Pool technician**:

- Cleaning of swimming pools and spas in both residential and commercial environments
- Customer service / selling of products
- Water testing and adding of chemicals
- Working knowledge of pumps, filters and chlorinators and ability to undertake basic repairs (will be learned)
- Perform basic marketing activities while in field
- Organise and list stock as required in van and making deliveries to our clients

**To be successful in this role, you will need to**:

- Enjoy working outdoors in a physical role
- Have excellent customer service skills and enjoy interacting with our clients on a daily basis
- Have a current open, manual driver’s license
- Be self-motivated and able to think on your feet / problem solve
- Be able to work unsupervised
