**About You**:
**Be industry-ready **As an ANSTO Nuclear Science and Technology intern, you will have the opportunity to work with world-class, specialised scientific equipment. You will be involved in either laboratory management or chemical and nuclear analysis using instrumentation. The program is tangible first-hand experience in industry and your introduction to a career in nuclear science and technology, at the home of Australia’s most significant landmark and national infrastructure organisation.

Preference will be given to penultimate - year students studying:

- Chemistry
- Chemistry with a keen interest in laboratory management and compliance
- Earth or environmental science
- Physics

**About Us**:
ANSTO’s Nuclear Science and Technology division undertakes research to support Australia’s national research priorities including health and the use of nuclear medicines, the environment and the use of nuclear technologies and materials. Real-life benefits to the Australian research and industry sectors is achieved through access to ANSTO’s unique research infrastructure such as the Australian Synchrotron, Australian Centre for Neutron Scattering, Centre for Accelerator Science and the National Deuteration Facility.
