- Head Office,** APG is looking for an energic and customer-centric
**Accounts Officer - Receivables or Payables** to work within our Accounts team to support our growing business in the Automotive Repair Market.

The Accounts Officer role is pivotal to helping us maintain and deliver our continued growth through our support to our customers.

**About the role**:
We currently have an opportunity for
**Accounts Officers - Receivables or Payables** to join our team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role initially will be responsible for the complete processing of the accounts payable or accounts receivable for APG across Australia.
- The day to day duties include:_
- Accurate and timely data entry
- Ensuring compliance with purchase order approval process
- Managing the APG payables or receivables inbox
- Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
- Prepare and process weekly and monthly Supplier Payments
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records
- Processing payments in various currencies such as YEN, USD, SGD, GBP, EUR, NZD & AUD
- Managing queries and escalations internally and with Suppliers
- Preparation for End of Month processes
- Processing of a high volume of daily transactions
- Allocating payments to invoices
- Investigate and reconcile debtor accounts.
- Telephone collections
- Managing a corporate account
- Managing relationships with customers and collaborate with key stakeholders within the business.
- Experience in high volume, end to end accounts payable and invoice processing background, with at least two years experienc_e._
- A high degree of numeracy and attention to detail
- The ability to learn quickly
- Strong computer skills, including Excel
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
- Friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience with an ERP system will be deemed highly advantageous.
