**NDIS Manager, Adelaide SA.**

An incredible opportunity has arisen for a **NDIS Manager** to join our team and make a real impact here at WISE Employment.

The** NDIS Manager** will manage and grow NDIS services with a focus on managing an end to end therapeutic care service, including a range of core deliverable and capacity building services focusing on both disability and psychosocial packages.

The role ensures program expansion, customer service and customer satisfaction, effective management of budgets, incident management, people management and vacancy management.

The role is predominately Adelaide in focus and also contributes to a national influence, including representation on external committees and parties.

**What are we looking for?**
- Specialist degree/Tertiary education in a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal
- High level of consultation, skills and experience consulting with people with disabilities, their families and guardians to ensure that they have choice and control regarding the supports they receive.
- Understanding of the vocational challenges for people with mental illness
- Negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed planning, co-ordination, administration, organisational and time management
skills
- Conflict resolution and mediation skills

**What will your Key Accountabilities be?**
- Operational oversight of Psychosocial staff and NDIS deliverables
- Develop a referral and influence base to support the growth of the NDIS business nationally
- Contribute to the NDIS growth strategy, including promotion, and delivering the program
- Support the development of NDIS specific marketing material
- Provide required support during growth to maintain high quality delivery to participants
- Work with Senior Occupational Therapists to ensure supervision requirements are met for the Occupational Therapists
- Ensure any student placements and internships are well supported
- Support the identification and development of new income streams
- Assist with promotion and advocacy of the NDIS to government, philanthropy and mental health and employment sectors
- Assist with business modelling to ensure sustainability
- Identify new mission-aligned products and expertise development within the team
- Work with all partners to identify opportunities for collaboration and develop Memoranda of Understanding where appropriate
- Provide regular reporting to WISE senior management
