The General Manager, Accommodation and NDIS Compliance is a key leadership role responsible for supporting the CEO, together with a small and committed leadership team, to deliver quality outcomes for EllieB’s now and into the future. In overseeing a number of direct reports and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, the GM will contribute to the effective growth of NDIS revenue streams while implementing operational efficiencies, driving a high-performing and engaged culture, role-modelling leadership behaviours in delivering same and fostering an environment of commitment, teamwork and respect.

In delivering enhanced service delivery outcomes, you will contribute to operational excellence in NDIS and Department for Child Protection services, NDIS quality and safeguarding compliance, financial performance, people and culture, environment, health and safety, clinical governance and equity and diversity. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will come to the fore in engaging with clients and industry groups to identify and secure new partnerships, as will your commercial acumen and understanding of the NDIS in identifying business drivers and challenges, and determining solutions, in leading the strategic objectives of the organisation. You will be a natural leader and problem solver committed to achieving high-quality outcomes, and demonstrate excellent organisational skills in effectively managing this multi-faceted role.
