Due to recent project wins and upcoming opportunities, we are seeking a Engineering Manager - Mechanical Engineering who has a passion for leading technical teams, problem solving and working with others to proactively deliver our clients projects whilst simultaneously growing the skills of those around you.

**What we’ll like about you**

This position would suit a degree qualified Mechanical Engineer with established experience working within the Heavy Industrial sector. You will be highly organised with outstanding technical and communication skills, and have the desire and ability to lead and mentor a team and drive successful project outcomes for our clients. You will enjoy collaborating with our people and our clients to create a positive outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with teams of engineers & designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical project expertise to drive project success and completion.
- Demonstrated experience as a mechanical engineer with a track record in the heavy industry. Showcasing expertise in various aspects of mechanical engineering including study involvement, budget, schedule and scope development, detailed design, analysis, construction/commissioning phase support and trouble-shooting of mechanical systems.
- Experience in the scoping and development of engineering work packages including time-based estimates for deliverable
- An interest in and experience in strengthening and growing existing client connections and supporting the building of relevant new relationships, as a trusted technical advisor, working with existing market Segment Managers. Showing an ability to understand our client's core business and ensure that services meet their expectations.
- An interest and experience in driving the strategy for mechanical discipline team growth, technical project delivery quality and personnel development.
