- PR/018731_1663638194Finite are currently seeking Defence Engineers to join our Tier One client in supporting their critical aerospace and space programs.

We are actively seeking a senior engineer to fill the position Engineering Management Systems (EMS) Manager to assist in supporting the development of a fit for purpose Engineering Management System; to span multiple advance capabilities.

**Primary Responsibilities**

Assist and contribute in the development of the Engineering Management System (EMS). Areas for development include:
Alignment with the CASG Air domain

Synergies between the program office and other entities

ICT

Cyber

Software

Assist in the development and maintenance of the program's EMS templates and procedures, including the periodic review of the Engineering Management Plan (EMP)

Engage senior stakeholders to deliver:
Business Unit EMS requirements

Requirements for procedures and template

The provision of EMS services to Business Units

Provide guidance and training to personnel around the EMS artefacts.

Develop EMS metrics that articulate system health indicators including the review and audit metrics of EMS artefacts.

**Skills & Experience**

Formal engineering qualifications and experience, necessary to hold Engineering authority

Demonstrated experience developing and managing engineering management systems or systems engineering management systems

Ability to work effectively, both autonomously and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team

Familiarity and understanding of CASG business management processes

Familiarity with Defence technical regulatory frameworks (e.g. DASR, TAMM)

Strong ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via technical packages, reports, written correspondence, discussions and presentations to maintain governance and assurance

Lead auditor experience
- highly desirable

Hold an active Defence Security Clearance of NV1
