**Development Lead**
**Full Time Opportunity**

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

- Strong understanding and adherence to SDLC processes, SOLID principles, OOPs and/or design patterns on new development / maintenance projects.
- Good experience with WCF, Entity Framework, MVC or similar frameworks and unit testing frameworks.
- Strong experience and ability in designing and architecting solutions.
- Strong understanding of GIT and octopus or similar source control and deployment tools.
- 3+ years inleading teams on software development projects, and the ability to mentor and develop team members on both technical and soft skills.
- Approx 9+ years' extensive development experience in.Net technologies.
- Approx 10+ years' strong experience in SQL
- Approx 3+ years' experience in AWS, Containers and Dockers and cloud technology
- Availability to support occasional after-hours jobs service interruptions
- Experience in developing documentation explaining the solution/approach
- Analytical thinking and with the ability to drive for continuous improvement on both team and performance.
- Ability to compelling argumentation to convey conclusions and ideas to solve problems, whilst encouraging other team members opposing viewpoints to drive innovation

**Desirable**:

- Completed tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
- MCSD certification or similar
