**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity exists for a **Talent Acquisition Advisor** to join a fun, supportive and dynamic team, on a **full time, fixed term 6-month contract.**

**What we’re looking for**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role with experience in medium to large organisation;
- Ability to develop and deliver targeted recruitment and retention strategies
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills;
- High attention to detail and standard of work;
- Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills;
- A consultative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills and positive networking capabilities;
- Ability to build relationship and partner with people at all levels of the organisation;
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team;
- Ability to manage workload with sense of urgency to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy;
- Superior organisational skills with a high degree of initiative;
- Customer service focus with solid work ethic;
- Currently possess, or be willing to obtain a positive notice Blue Card in accordance with the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000;
- Current C Class Drivers Licence

**Desirable**:

- Experience with Success Factors or similar HRIS systems;
- Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources or equivalent.
