**_ This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane._**

We are looking for an experienced **Delivery Lead** to join our team and play a key role in leading the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of patient support initiatives using Agile methodologies. The Delivery Lead well also be involved in establishing our global operations.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Global Team Establishment**
- Lead the establishment of overseas teams ensuring seamless integration and alignment with global operations.

**Time Zone & Remote Collaboration**
- Support teams across different time zones, fostering collaboration and maintaining high performance regardless of geographical location.

**Change Management**
- Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business goals while minimizing disruption.

**Stakeholder Communication**
- Act as the main point of contact for business stakeholders, delivering clear and consistent communication to ensure alignment between IT operations and business objectives.

**Application Support**

**Patient Support Initiatives**
- Lead and deliver key patient support initiatives, ensuring that IT solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of patient care initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a Delivery Lead role, with a focus on managing global teams and supporting operations across multiple time zones.
- Willingness to adapt your working hours to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- The ability to implement and promote Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to streamline processes, increase flexibility, and enhance collaboration across teams.
- Strong expertise in change management, with a track record of delivering smooth transitions and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with business stakeholders and align deliverables with business needs.
