Reporting to the General Manager, Production Operations, this national role is responsible for driving a standardised framework for production improvement across the business. A core function of the role is to standardize reporting methodology and assist in identifying and recommending process/system improvements nationally for production across seven sites. Continuous improvement will be your primary focus to ensure we strive for best practice in lean, efficient manufacturing. In addition, the Continuous Improvement Analyst is a member of the Production Operations Leadership Team and is responsible for supporting our culture of health, safety and wellbeing.

- Continuous improvement should be a habit, not a once-off exercise - identifying new opportunities to improve your operation is a skill all employees ideally have.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving in an operational setting.
- High level of resilience and ability to manage and mitigate resistance.
- The ability to communicate to front-line employees, build rapport and develop trust amongst the team
- Inspirational, trustworthy and dependable are all desirable leadership qualities
- Extensive experience in process analysis and improvement
- Experience in understanding and documenting business workflows and processes
- Superior people skills, ideally within cross-functional environments
- Comprehensive experience in communicating, influencing and interacting with people at different levels and across various cultures
- Lean Six Sigma - desirable
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
