**About ElectraNet**:
ElectraNet builds, owns, operates, and maintains the South Australian high voltage transmission network that delivers electricity from generators to distributors and major load connected customers, enabling power to be supplied to homes, businesses, and communities.
**The Opportunity**:
The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing first and second line support to ElectraNet staff and contractors in their use of Business Systems and Applications. The primary focus when dealing with faults is to return IT services to normal levels as soon as possible with limited business impact. The Service Desk Analyst is expected to build and maintain strong and productive relationships with both our business users, other IT staff, external contractors and vendors, by being proactive, solutions focused and flexible in their approach.
This position is available on a full time permanent basis and involves working across both the Adelaide CBD and Keswick offices, with occasional travel between sites required.
**About You**:
To be successful in securing this role you will have experience resolving first and second level help desk support and experience delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a passion for investigating and resolving incidents as well as a keen interest in continuous improvement. This passion will be demonstrated in your positive, can-do attitude and in your willingness to learn, develop and coach others.
In addition to the above you will ideally have proven knowledge in;
- Active Directory
- Service Now
- Video conferencing
- LAN/WAN
- Microsoft Windows 10, 11, Mac, iOS operating systems
- Office 365 Applications
