**About the Company**

This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 6-month contract paying between $600-700 per/day + Super. This role is located in Parramatta.

**About the Role**

The Asset Management Officer facilitates and supports the delivery of strategy and operations for an owned/leased asset portfolio that is occupied by government agencies and external tenants to achieve policy objectives and initiatives set by the government.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Facilitate the delivery of strategy and operations of owned/leased assets occupied by government agencies and leased to external tenants.
- Facilitate the delivery of services by providers, approvals, recommendations and manage key stakeholders.
- Update and maintain documentation such as policy frameworks, plans and audit practices.
- Deliver improved client outcomes and maintain effective client engagement.
- Manage Client Agency relationships, working collaboratively to meet their business needs, intentions, accommodation, requirements, risks and manage key aspects of the accommodation requirements.
- Deliver and support improved customer outcomes through key stakeholders and maintain effective client engagement.
- Collaborate and provide solutions, support and communicate openly with service providers to provide direction, make decisions and escalate issues.
- Review and maintain details and copies of new Occupancy Agreements that have been concluded including rent, term, option periods and are up to date relevant systems.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in a property or related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
- Previous experience with asset management
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to perform in a team.
- Demonstrated communication skills when responding to internal and external customers.
