Considered by many to be an industrial property services property leader, our client provides a number of services catering to increasingly sophisticated client requirements.

On the back of acquiring a new rent roll in one of Sydney’s Inner West best suburbs, they seek 2 experienced Asset Managers to uphold their specialist service to clients and customers alike.

**Duties**

Working alongside an extremely experienced and long-standing Senior Asset Manager, this role will see you working as a team and largely responsible for all tenant-related duties, Day to day specifics will include:

- Supporting with the management of a commercial / industrial portfolio of circa 180 properties
- Managing repairs and maintenance (in line with contract responsibilities)
- Inspecting properties and conducting condition reports
- Undertaking rent reviews, as well as managing lease expires and option periods
- Accounts tasks such as outgoings reconciliations, receipting and minimising arrears
- Standard items such as file preparation and maintenance

**Specific requirements**

To be successfully shortlisted for this role you can come from a background in Residential OR Commercial / Industrial property management, so long as you have the following:

- Solid understanding of how to read / interpret leases
- Strong relationship management experience
- Experience on ReLeased or similar software
- A stellar attitude and a love of the industry
